How do I become a MacNeill Agent?

Please complete and print the “Agency Information Sheet” on- line or print it in blank form and complete by hand.  Note: The completed online form cannot be saved or emailed. Also, print and complete the other required forms and fax to (954)331-4846 or scan and email them to mgmarketing@macneillgroup.com along with copies of your E&O policy and 2-20 licenses.  We will contact you regarding your request for an agency appointment within 48 hours.

What we look for in a MacNeill Agent:

  • At least three years experience as an agency principal or owner.
  • A commitment to placing at least $25,000 in business your first year.
  • E&O coverage of at least $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 in the aggregate with a carrier rated “A-” or better by A.M. Best Company.
  • A valid 2-20 license.
